Then file a suit for partition and separate possession in civil court against your siblings and mother and when you file you the case they may come for compromise and if they do not come then proceed with the case and get your share in the properties through court process.

Details provided by you are not enough. Whether properties are self acquired by your mother ? If so, how she got them? Is she in sound mental condition ? With whom she is living now ? What papers she signed ? answer to your question depends on answers to these questions.

If the property that is in the name of your mother is ancestral property then as a daughter you are entitled for an equal share among your siblings - you can approach the city civil court with a suit

Mam, if the condition of your mother is 84 years old and deaf she signs to everything self acquired property if no body has obtained the signature of your mother on the blank paper, with oblique motive, get her examined by a certified physician and obtain the certificate, in order to avoide misuse of her signature
The only option under the law is to file the suit for partition of the property, in the court of law, which has got jurisdiction to try the suit for partition. Good Luck.
