Brother is harrassing me and my mother after fathers death

My brother is using abusive languages and death threats, i am very much worried about this, he is not listening to any relatives and friends, keeps threatening me and my mother, we both are diabetic patients, feeling very much afraid, and mentally disturbed, Is there any legal solution to this issue, pls guide.

Yes, there indeed exist legal remedy. You should write a complaint to the nearest police station detailing the incidences that has happened with you people. You should also attach any proofs that you might have to substantiate your allegations.

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against your Brother under the charge of Criminal Intimidation for Criminally Intimidating you and your Mother. Mail this Complaint to ACP, DCP and Magistrate of your nearby area, so that, cognizance of your complaint can be taken in a quick and speedy manner for taking concrete action against your Brother.
