Brother concealed about his job while marrying my sister

Hello I got my sister married in 2014 . And at that time my brother in law told us that he is working as a central government employee. But now we find that it was all fake and was no employee . So please let me know what legal options we have against him and we belong to Hindu religion both sides.
He concealed the job ..but already 3yrs running what about his family response..means his wife that means what about your sister opinion ..on this basis don't want live with him..she can take diverse ..depend upon her opinion
