Q: Procedure in case sale is contested by the legal heirs
We purchased a property from Mr.A, According to govt records he is the absolute owner of his land mutated to his name after death of his father Mr.B. in the year 2007. We purchased this land in the year 2012. We have received a notice from the court which says illegal sons of Mr.B (from second wife) are contesting the sale made by Mr.A. As they have a share in the property of Mr.B being his second wife's children. We are in deep crisis with this new devpt, can you please advice what we should do now ?

Q: How to take possession of Land
My mother had self aquired property which is divided between 4 people ( 2brothers and2 sisters). my mother expired 20 years back. She did not make any will. Partition has been done, names of all 4 people is mentioned in RTC as joint possessors. My elder brother is cultivating this land for 20 years. Does limitation apply to it, how can take seperate possesion.

Q: Brother concealed about his job while marrying my sister

Q: Procedure to apply for compromise through lok adalat
Hello Sir, One of the person filed a partition Suit on my house in Bangalore and the case been progress past 2 years and now the Hearing status is "Issues". I do not care now they are in to weak side or strong. However would like to compromise now with them and the main reason is now my lawyers asked 2Lakhs rupees for Court fee to file a declaration suit. He may be doing right procedure, however I do not have money and thinking to talk to plaintiff. My question is ,if I would like to compromise through court, which procedure is correct? 1)LokAdalat (I read from internet), is that right procedure? 2)Compromise Decree 3)Any other steps need to follow ?, because there after I do not want anyone of the person to claim on my property.so want to compromise legally and strong considering the future in mind please advice
