Breaches of Thane Family Court Order against my ex wife

My wife has had fdr on her name instead of my son name 1/3 share of property sale as per Thane Family Court order & now i have to file a criminal case against her stating breaches of Order of Thane Family Court Order. Please advise.

You can initiate contempt of court proceedings, criminal complaint & get that order recalled also. Due to her conduct, you may pray for other reliefs also. Reply has been given on the limited information provided by you.

Well, You can file a Case of Contempt of Court against her for not obeying with the Order or Decree passed by the Court. Moreover, there is Section in Civil Procedure Code through which, We can get the Decree executed which was passed by the Court.
