Here the will and wish of parents is not material but what about the person with whom u stayed. If he also refuses then Why he stayed with you. He shall answer for it. If still u want to him to marry you can do so

The courts in india have already said that live in relations have the same liability such as in the case of marriage. You can file cases against your in laws. you can also claim alimony and other maintenance expanses. They have to accept you as legally wedded wife of their son. But you must have proof to justify your claim.
