Boy's Parents against to the marriage

Dear sir/mam
I need a legal advice for my situation.the guy whom I want to marry is a bramhin family and I am Konkani GSB caste. His age is 31 and mine is 28. We were in relationship since 3 years. Since he promised me of marriage within 3 years I has been waiting till age 28 to marry him. Now his parents are not allowing him to marry me because of different caste. He has been threatened of putting him out of house if he marry me. He can't leave his parents because he loves them. But on other side I am waiting without marrying anyone till 28 and anymore I don't want to marry. Can I complaint on his parents? Is there any law against parents who are not allowing to marry?.
yes you can complain but if the boy says that his parents are not threatening him but it is his decision not to marry then your complaint becomes false, the boy cannot please everyone either you both get married and make a separate house or get married and get it registered and stay separate without disclosing it, or till it is necessary for disclosure.

Your hubby must be bold enough to face the consequences. In many cases the Supreme Court held that parents are no say in the marriage decision of their children. If you marry your hubby parents cannot do anything. After marriage they will automatically understand the situation and accept your marriage. Yourself and your hubby needs pre-marital counseling and a legal notice to their notice is sufficient to teach them a lesson and to extend their consent for your marriage otherwise you can raise a criminal complaint against all of them.
