Boyfriend got selected in competitive exam and married another girl

A girl who is a competitive student which boyfriend was also a competitor.both were very close and have a sexual relationship. but the present time he got selected and left her. he gets married without giving the information to that girl. what we should do that situation

Hi, I am afraid you can't take any legal action in this case if the guy and the girl both were 18+. They are adults and the sexual relationship seems to have made with consent of both. Kind Regards, C.p gautam

If he already got married then all exercise of your side will be in vain otherwise you could lodge a police report against him that he cheated you on pretext of marriage and induces you into sex, after exploitation & satisfying his desires ditched you. He will be booked under 376, 420 IPC. But I wish to say that in your case it was lust not love.

This is total case of fraudulently committed sexual activity with some one. This is punishable under ipc. So u lodge complaint in police with alligation of sexual harassment and fraud nd done sexual activity by promise of marriage.

The boy had done cheat and if Girl is willing she could initiate by filing complaint in nearest Police station, as it's an offence under Indian penal because here the boy had made physical relationship on false promise of marriage .
