Boy refusing marriage after engagement what can be done

Hindu residing in bangalore my daughters roka n engagement done on 22jan n marriage was fixed for 28apr now guy is refusing for marriage when all arrangements are done.n electronics gagets n furnitures delievered to guy house. Guy is not quoting reason also. Can i teach a lesson to the guy
