beats, mentally and physically abuses

I Dagadu M Igave age 64 years. After my wife died in 2011, I was living in my own room with my eldest son Manoj Dagdu Igave, who was taking good care of me. My youngest son Mukesh Dagdu Igave does not live with me, he always comes to my room and asks me for a share of money and property and abuses, beats, mentally and physically abuses, I have done NC against him in the police station, now the police say You go to court, there is nothing we can do, I need legal help

hi in this case you can approach court via application under section 125 of criminal procedure code for maintenance and protection from mental and physical abuse the case is to be filed before magistrate court

Yes you should appoint good Advocate and file criminal Complaint against your son as per the provisions of Indian Penal code and also you can file criminal application under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and criminal procedure code.
