Background verification for Domestic Violence case

My sister in law filed a false case against our family and my name is also included in the case, the case was filed in August 2023, and now its 2024 year. I am in IT company and I want to switch my Job. one company has extended the Job, but I am afraid if in the Background verification check, I will be failed or it will come as RED, as the domestic violence case is a Criminal case. I want to ask, if BGV will come red or is there any solution or workaround, so that I can switch my IT job?

Ur only solution is to get the complaint /fir quashed from the high court under 482 CRPC as it has inherent powers to quash any false complainant/fir /chargesheet filled against anyone. If the case is filled before a Magistrate court then get certified copies and file for quashing if u have been unnecessarily dragged in the matter . There are lot of Supreme Court judgements giving relief in such cases to the relatives who are falsely impleaded .Contact me

don't worry, if you are not hiding this fact they will not take any action against yourself. as you said case is ... subjudice. no final order yet. DV is quacy civil case , it is civil until you violates any intrim or final order. so, no worries.
