My Anut tired to kill me by squeezing my neck and pushed my Dad is road and came to hit with a wooden piece how can I file case ??? Can I file as attempt to murder on her ???? Yes, you can file a case. Please prepare some witness who is direct evidence to the above such illegal act of your aunt. Then only the case was stand and file the complaint immediately as much as early as possible. The delay in filing the complaint may cause damages to your proceedings.
