Asking My father's debt to me and my mom.

My father is having a lots of debt...he got all the debt by saying that it is for my college fees..But he actually not informed about the debt to me and my mom and also he did not pay my college fees. But The money given people is coming and asking me..My father is also not attempting the phone from my side...I don't know how to handle this...plz help me

You and your mother are not responsible for your father's debts and money lenders cannot disturb you both. They can move legally to get back their money and not otherwise. They might attempt to seek the help of police. Even then you both are not responsible for the money. But police might ask you regarding the whereabouts of your father.

you should give you a civil case in the appropriate photo not to disturb for regarding the loan by the agents or by the bank without due process of law alone they should proceed to court and by the court formalities only they can recover the loan from your father father is not available only his father's property will be attached but they cannot disturb you and your mum Ajantha bank for not to disturb you
