Asking financial support from my son

As I am 60 now, i don't have financial support, only my. Younger son look after me, but my elder son doesn't care, my second son is 25 now, I am in treatment for my health problem, so I need a support from elderson also who can share my problem,he is financially ok, so Plz refer what to do next by legally.
okay I understand your questions you can file a case at senior citizen act seeking the maintainance amount from your son you have a good ground for the asking the money from your elder son . and send your health treatment proof and senior citizens proof before assistant commotion er court senior citizen act under you can get order from court

Under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act both the sons have to contribute towards your maintenance and health issues. File an application before Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Kandaya Bhavan, Bengaluru against your son who is not paying any maintenance. Thus, you will get maintenance.
