Can I apply my father's job has my father expired in bike accident wen he was in service itself.He was working in aided college, this happened in 2013 n now I'm BE third year CS branch,can I apply for my father's job?

Immediately apply for your fathers job on the grounds of compassionate grounds and it must be within 1 yr of such accidental death. If you have other grounds to explain the delay like minority etc you can approach High court and get directions accordingly. You may approach any local advocate for appropriate instructions

If you were a minor at the time of such death, then you can apply for 'compassionate appointment'. There are certain limitations such as : are you the only child, has the option already been exercised, when did you turn major, have you rejected the option, etc.
