My question s my husband filed against interim order in district court .he didn't pay any single money or residence wich was ordered by lower court now he s asking for stay.im worried as I gt summon from district court to come personally or with lawyer .water will happen as I'm going alone .lawyer will not be present tat day .please guide me
you must appoint a lawyer to visit the court with you because for what reason you have received the summon and your lawyer can assist you with the case . the interim order appeal will not take long to conclude if goes ok . after the order of the appeal you go back to your main case . lastly you need a good help you to get the remedy .

As per your querry it proves that your husband filed a motion before the District Court and on the date you need to appear before the Learned Court by filing vakalatnama because I am sure Court will not listen to your inperson.
