Anticipatory Bail in False 498A case

I am a Hindu residing in Bangalore and my wife has filed false 498A case on me in Lucknow. Should I take anticipatory bail in Bangalore and what is the procedure.

okay I understand your questions so now you want to anticipatery bail in banglore but FIR register i n lacknob right . yes it is possible your i d proof in banglore like aadar or voter ID so you will take hear so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir You have to apply and take Anticipatory bail only in Lucknow Seesions Court or concerned High Court. In the meanwhile go to High Court for Quashing under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code. you may file Divorce or Restitution of Conjugal Rights case in Bengaluru to teach her a lesson.
