Annulment of Marriage wife family lied she is bald and gave dhokha

A Hindu married on 10th December, 2021. Was told by wife parents that she is MA English tutor cbse board kids After marriage find out she cannot speak English, hair balding, was told 92 born 1st August but parents told 1990 and on Aadhar it is 10th July, 1992 her hair balding was hidden as she applied chuni on her head and was told height is 5,5 but she is 5,3 she does not want to go to doctor she tells she will put fake dowry or domestic case now she is in her home since 19th Jan and lied all the things We do not have proof. She and her family lies and gives mental tourture and threat when she was with us
