Ancestral Property case need your valuable comments

My grandfather has two marriages but the property is in the name of my grandmother what will happen after the death of my grandfather will it go to my father and aunts or the second wife will get a share also she don't have any kids is it legal to give her share of the property ? We are hindu by religion

The entire property, assets and shares will go to each and everyone in equal shares, be it your father, aunts, married aunts, second wife, and children if, from second wife. As per the laws are laid down, yes if someone provides no objection certificate that such person does not need the shares, then thats different

If the property is your grandmother's own property and if the property registration is in your grandmother's name then the property is to be equally distributed among your father and aunts.
But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
