Age not same in papers and reality, can i get married ?

We are in relationship for 5 years now we decided to get marry.The problem is that on my documents I'm 23 years old but actually I'm h 25 and she is 28 .Can court will allow us to get marry ?will our marriage is valid? Will anyone file case aur complain against us?please help

There is no problem in ur marriage as u both have attended d age of majority hence no body can interfere with the same n marriage will be perfectly valid, but so far as the complaints are concerned it may be filed on other baseless grounds but it will not sustain in the court of law very far.

Helo..you both are major and you can marriage easily.no one can stop to do same.there are procedures to fallow,how to do marriage.if some one does complaint for this marriage then court will protect you.for detail information contact to me through process.thnx

According to Hindu marriage act age is not a matter.Any one can marry to other person but according to the papers as high school certificate both of spouse should major as18 years of age at the time of marriage.Marriage will be valid and no one can challange it any court.
