I registered land in my wife's name in 1997. She is a housewife with no income. Can she sell the land without my knowledge, and can she sell the property to me? The documents are with her.

Yes wife can sell the property without telling the husband and if Suit is filed against her then she has to prove that she has purchased the property frm her stridhan/income then only she can succeed and husband has to prove that she is a house wife with no income and savings and he has purchased the property in her name by his money and he has to adduce the evidence regarding the same.
Q: Employer terminated from the services by giving wrong reasons
My employer terminated services by giving reason of redundancy of my role due to upgrade of an existing tool called Salesforce, however this is not the case at least this year. My contract with the company contains the clause that any party can terminate the contract by giving written notice of 2 months. In such a case, can I file a case against the company citing reasons that they asked me to leave on wrong reasons.

Q: Paternal and ancestral property rights for daughters
This is regarding a paternal property case. We have a house and some ancestral property. My grandparents have 3 children, 2 sons (including my father) and one daughter. My father passed away in 1994. My father had 3 children. Son (eldest) and two daughters including me. Recently my grandfather sold off the ancestral property and diveded the returns in 3 parts - one for himself and for my brother and uncle. They gave nothing to my aunt (Bua) or my widow mother. The ownermship of house also was transferreed to my brother and Uncle. My sister, mother. Aunt and me were given no share. We want to claim our rights and get the rightful share in the property. My father died without a will. My mother gets father's pension and lives in the house which my parents built and is in joint name of my father and mother. My younger brother and his wife had been harrassing my mother since long time for money so finally she filed an FIR under section 506. And she also complained in mahila aayog. My question is that how is it possible that the complete house becomes in name of my mother and/or if that's not possible then mother is able to evict my younger brother from the property
