You need to contest both cases and there is no other option. The fact that DV and 125 cases were filed after RCR order is a supporting point for you. You can try to execute the RCR order. More facts needed for further guidance.

you should file a divorce petition before the honorable High Court to cancel the domestic violence complaint and the 125 CrPC but as per the maintenance act you are liable to maintain the wife not the restitution of conjugal rights is ordered device is not commonly diameter many life with you then you should state everything in the defeat defeat and say it is a case for torture and it should be caused by the honorable High Court
