After my Sister Divorce notice her husband targeting me

Actually my Sent an divorce notice to her husband -faced Harrashment with her husband for 16 years & came out home when they tried to kill her & son . Now my in law sent a notice saying that i need my wife. they both were working in my family business last 2 years not stoped 4 months back. now raised concern saying that he also partner in this business. where it very much clear its completely mine.
please let me suggest how do i need proceed ?
You’d have to issue a legal notice or file a police complaint to restrain them from interfering with your business.
Matter of divorce and this cannot be mixed, if he wants his wife back.
As long as your Title to the business is clear, you can fight this out.

His claim is false to avoid Maintenance. You may file multiple cases against him and at the end compromise may be arrived. In the meanwhile claim 50% of assets of partnership firm thus he may come down and satisfy your demands.
