What is the solution if husband is mentally torturing his wife and forcing her to live like he wants?
Wife can start living separately for the torture but she has to sufficient proof as per her allegations. Thereafter the wife can file 125 crpc for future maintenance. Beside this the wife can file divorce(contesting) also for thier regulations.

you can file domestic violence case for their torturing and also 498 a case before the magistrate and if you want any alimony from her husband then you can file a 125 price then you will file a 125 crpc . most of the important thing is you can Directly file divorce petition before the court
