Q: I sent a message in fb to a girl,she treated me that she will sue me

Hello sir, I accidentally asked a girl "wanna sex chat" nothing else no dirty talk or nothing , she told me her father is an police officer and she will get me arrested ,I told her if you want then say yes or say no dont create a seen,,,,after that she blocked me ,again i created new account and apologized to her but she did not red the apologize message and blocked me again.............so can i go to jail just for asking that question,, ? please help me i am ashamed for my bad message .....

it's a fact that there is a findermental right of freedom of speech and expression it's not mean that you have the right to say anything to any one , if she say yes then it's ok but she say no it's means you harrasing the girl gaain and agian by creating new I'd .so no body see your interbal feeling .it's better to leave the girl and you should separte from this matter.she may file a cyber case against you for stalking.son it's my advice don't repeat it again.be safe

you can file domestic violence case for their torturing and also 498 a case before the magistrate and if you want any alimony from her husband then you can file a 125 price then you will file a 125 crpc . most of the important thing is you can Directly file divorce petition before the court

Q: Detoriating my image and harrashing my life

I had a physical relation with a girl who was my student. But she got married with another guy. Both of us were responsible for that relationship. But now she is trying to detoriat my life by saying that I had sex with her but I never expose her. I can't understand what should i do now and how to get rid of it .

make an application under section 39 of crpc before the SDEM for your safety and further precaution.and most important things is there was a consent .don't worry.section 39 will save you from implication of any false case which she will be lodge before any authority

Q: Is applying for Anticipatory bail mandatory ?

Hello Sir , My name is and I want to know that anticipatory bail is mandatory ? Because my mother had lodged FIR against the accused persons and after investigation process is completed and already the police filed charge sheet in the court against the accused persons but I am sure that the accused persons did not prayed for anticipatory bail and now charge sheet has been filed by the police so I want to know in this situation the anticipatory bail is mandatory or not ? and when the trial process will be start on that time the accused persons will have any fault in this regard so Please answer this question if possible . First of all you will apply certifiy copy of chragesheet from court and then see the charge sheet carefully whether accused is absconder or not?Whether police submitted FRMF report?If the accused not pray for anticipatory bail / bail then it 100 percent sure that police submitted the FRMF .
