Adoption of nephews after their mother’s death- Hindu

I’m a single woman(46y).My sister was divorced & had custody of her boys. She died. I am taking care of my nephews .They don’t want to stay with biological father. I want to adopt them. Biological Father is not signing consent. Age of boys- 14 and 10. What is adoption process in this case.
you can adopt your nephew from his father if you are Hindu then Hindu law provides the criteria of adoption you are saying that his father is not in favour of adoption

the only way out is to apply for custody of children.
as the children are 14 and 10 court will ask their say in it as well.
You have to prove why you are more capable to raise them when their father is alive.
