adjusting problems with inlaws

Girl married in Jalandhar, became uncomfortable with her in-laws after one month of wedding. In-laws torture her mentally on simple household chores. There's no privacy for the couple. Cameras are put up all over the house after her marriage. Her husband is mama's boy (better to say mama's robot). He's least interested in the family matters. He never favours her wife. Not even talked or called her when she was away at her parent's house. She's depressed , what happens. Kindly advice what to do.

Hello sir, The facts stated by you in your question clearly depicts a kind of mental harassment which is being meted out to the girl from all her family members. You need to elaborate more whether this mental harassment has exaggerated to physical monetarily XYZ. go for the divorce us 13 b of hindu marriage act with the mutual consent of partner but if the partner declined to give divorce the u filed complaint to police for violence and dowry or ucan also file 125 mnt case for maintainence of the wife and u also filed the domestic violence complaint in the court personaly recommend solve your matter with talk if no results are arising then u go with your litigations according to your condition
