About signed court marriage documents

It's a matter of my of 2 years ago when her parents was doing her marriage against her choice and at that she was became 18 yrs old and don't know much more about court marriage ....but his bf was about 24 to 25 yrs old .... She don't want to do such marriage to him without telling her family .... But taking the advantage of her present..... Her bf make him agree ..... But when she signed for the marriage documents.... And when back to home .... She came to know that her marriage has been cancelled bcz the boy having some fault ...... And after that she said to her bf cancel the marriage but he didn't now 2 years has passed & her bf has kept the signed marriage documents and forced her and blackmail to Marry but she don't want to live with him
Easy way is to file a divorce case and then take divorce and once divorce is granted that marriage document will be void and that boy will not be able to blackmail your friend anymore. if you want to have lawyer who would get your friend divorce feel free to contact me.

no issue if marriage registration has taken place and certificate is their with the boy then the girl can can apply for divorce or if the marriage registration has not occurred and just the girl has signed then she can apply for grad and other petition
