About quassing of False 498A in high court

अगर किसी को मालूम चल गया है कि उसकी पत्नी ने जूठा 498 A का केस कर दिया है । जिसकी कॉपी मैंने नोटिस मिलने से पहले कोर्ट से ले लिया हो । तो उसे केस को हाई कोर्ट में कैसे quass करवा सकते । जिसमे सारे आरोप 12 DV act और sec 125 वाले हो। जिसकी सुनवाई एक ही कोर्ट में हो रही हो। झूठ 498 A का सारा सबूत है मेरे पास। अगर कोई वकील लखनऊ हाई कोर्ट में हो तो प्लीज उनका फ़ोन न, भी दे। जो मेरे केस को quass सके।
quash ho jaega depending upon what all documents you are producing in support of your claim. case ki tareekh kya hai and summons ka kya scene hai aapko ye batana hoga. 498 ki petition bhi chahiye hogi dekhne ke liye kya kya aapke against raise kiya gaya hai.
