Mere pass meri wife k account se transfer 5 lakh mere account mei. Kuch halat ese the ki ph pr abusing langauge mei bat ki hai or bhi gusse mei kha hua uske pass recording hai sb or ye sb muje suru se faasne ki kosia thi abi women cell mei case dala hai. Agr mei case ladta hu to sabut mere khilaf hai sare .... 498a DV in sab chizo me kitna saal lgege or agr mei guilty found hua, to court kya saja dega ya mostly deta hai jb husband guilty found hota hai. Please i am scared. I am out of india Whatsapp only pls or mail

The conviction rate is very low in 498a & DV matters especially after 2018. You need not worry. These kinds of people are just hungry about money. And if you don’t want to settle with her you can always file for divorce.

There is no fix time in 498A and Dv case it is totally depend on the court . It’s only depend on your wife petition . The court gave opportunity both the parties regarding your case . Also you can settle the matter
