Hi sir....main aur meri wife living relationship mein reh rhe hai....woh pehle married thi...humara living relationship court mein register hai...aur ab humara baby bhi hai....to ab mujhe aur use foreign jana hai to court marriage certificate maanga ja rha hai.. to ab hum kya karen . Kya ab humari court marriage ho skti hai...

yes you can marriage and register your marriage now. you are telling your relationship is registered with court..so please check those papers, if you have been shown to have been earlier then you pick that date as the date of your marriage and register it now.. if no such marriage ever took place then you can marry now and register it.

good morning.. if you have already done cultural marriage in the past at any time, you can simply get it registered with marriage registrar and get required marriage certificate. and supposedly you haven't married culturally yet then you can get married under a special marriage act. Rest need to know other details from you for guiding you better.
