Abandoned after conception and silent treatment

Hi after marriage within 2 months I conceived. Since then my husband and in laws have abandoned me citing petry issues, stating I wanted to be with my parents and calling me violent. I and my husband just had minor altercations and scuffle due to some of his habits. His parents are money minded an dseeking my gold. I multiple times tried to reach him but no response. Now he purposely found a job out of Mumbai so he can isolate me from my parents. I don't want to leave mumbao or husband

As per law you can accompany your husband wherever he is employed. If he is not willing to take you with him or if he is leaving you at your maternal place without your consent then in that case you can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and ask him to keep you with him. Simultaneously you can ask for maintenance for yourself and for medical expenses from him.

Well, if you do not want to leave Mumbai, then, you have to clearly communicate about this in writing to your Husband for record purpose, if he still ignores this humble request, then, you you remain in Mumbai & keep in touch with him, if you are not happy with him going, you cannot do anything except going to a Mediator to resolve your issues with him amicably or to go to Court to seek Divorce!
