Is marrying my maternal uncle son's daughter legal in India??we both are above 21 age. Religion- Hindu.

As per the law being a hindu maternal uncle daughter is your sister till you are hindu your marriage won’t be valid hence you cannot marry your maternal uncle daughter if still desperate to convert to islam thereafter you can marry her
