Sir you have not mentioned whether your grandfather left any will or not or whether he has made any settlement of the house. In the absence of will, the right of the house accrues to all brothers and sisters and grandmother in equal shares. You have to file a suit for partition of the property. Please call us for more details.

At first for come to the positive conclusion regarding property of your grandfather, you should go to the concern Registry Office and made a Search whether during lifetime your grandfather make a Gift Deed in favour of your said uncle or not. If he did so, then rest portion of land shall be the subject to the partitions amongst the legal heirs of your grandfather. Otherwise, entire property will be subject to Partition either make a Partition Deed of Partition Suit.
