75 yrs ago born at grand parents home no municipal records available.

I am 75 yrs old was born at my grand parents home therefore no birth certificate. I my birth certificate but Rajkot municipality refuse to accept my application. I have school leaving certificate, my valid passport - first issue 1966, my aadhar . They need court order which is not possible cause dr. died ; persons 85/90 years old dont know where they are. PLEASE SUGGEST A WAY

ok you can collect no record latter from rajkot municipal corporation then you can file application before matropolitant court for obtaining birth certificate that court will issue notice to the rajkot municipal corporation bringing all of no record thareafer court will take some statment of family members

file civil suite for birth certificate whenever court give judgement and than base of judgement municipal corporation give birth certificate it's basics process for more enquiry contact me i give my best reply

you will file case birt certificate in court. court give to all documents and your witness to you born . hospital records the court called and in public notice given then after court give order. you will get no record certificate of corporation in rajkot.
