hi there is no time limit to file for police to file charge sheet it might take 90 days or more than that depending on the investigation and if you are feeling threat of arrest then you could file amticipatory bail or quash petition in high court

police had to submit charge sheet within 90days. sometimes they may not submit as enquiry not completed or by stating that the I.O. was transferred or something else. so at the time of submitting the charge sheet you will be called upon to appear before the concerned court and papers will be given to u.

chargesheet takes long limitation period is 09 days and you get copies at the time of first appearance that too when you file the memo of appreance by advocate for that you need wait till the appearance stage of the case .let's the trial start better you find a advocate to engage the advocate to share the updates
