498A case and maintenance case. How to secure my husband from it ?

I was physically assault by my in laws last year and from that i was separated from my husband and in laws.I have filled a maintenance and 498a case against my husband and in laws. Everything between me and husband has been settled and and on next day its is going to be compromise between me and my husband. can i release my husband from 498A case or not? if yes then how can i release him and what are the sections of that?
Beford cogniznce or after cognizance of 498-A if u want to withdraw or release to husband from this case you can file a compromise petition along with undertaking and affidvit before where trial of relevent court afer that your laws will be released /exempt from aforsaid case.
