2nd wife volunterly kicks 1st wife of Muslim husband

2nd wife came to first wife's house first time and kicks her with hand and foot . Complaint lodged by the first wife at the PS but no action yet on 2nd wife. Prior to this 2nd wife already filed 498a on Muslim husband.

Query perused. You should peruse the same and try to get the FIR lodged against the 2nd wife. You can also file section 156 (3) crpc application before the concerned Court seeking directions for registering FIR. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
