2Nd time registry marriage after death of 1st husband

My 1st husband died in a bike accident in 2022 I do registry marriage in 2019...now if I do remarry or registry marriage can I have to mention about my 1st husbands death or previous marriage ......if husbands death certificate needed I don't have original certificate I have only photo on phone of that certificate. ....if I don't want to mention all this .....I do any illegal activities??

Yes.
You obviously need to inform the Registrar of the previous marriage and about the death of your husband. If you don't inform the Registrar and later on he finds out about the duplicity the application will be cancelled.

you need to show the document and proper planning is required so that i can guide you better and noreover the only hindrance that you may can be curtailed over face to face discussion and proper actions need to be taken to sail through properly
