19 year old girl being harassed and pressurized by family for marriage

My friend is 19 year old Muslim girl. Her parents are forcing her to get married to a cousin and she is being mentally harassed daily. She need legal advice on how she can legally separate from her family so that they never try to harass her again and she can independently live her life and is it allowed if she stay with her friend's family as they have no objection to her staying with them. Her siblings too are mentally harassing her with threats and forcing her to say yes to marriage.
A girl who attains 18 years is major who can take her own decision especially regarding whom to marry. Family members cannot force her to marry a particular person. If she doesn't want to marry then no one can force her to.

Yes she can move to police station and can file complaint against her parents. Also she can go directly to court of law and can file criminal application under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act.
