My partner family forcefully doing her marriage to different person whether she is with me in relationship and her age is 17 year 2 month at present no what I do to save her from parents torture ?

your partner parents do not have right to solemnized the marriage as your partner is under aged and minor not completed 18 years age your partner have right to take legal actions as per law and also filed a complaint to the police
