if once you withdraw your case then you never file the fresh case because present case withdrawal by you and court never permit the new case if the party withdraw the same case . if you want to appoint a new lawyer in presant case then you get an NOC from your lawyer

ap apne cases withdraw karna chahte hai to simply ap court me ek application not press ke liye dekar ap apne cases not press kar sakte hai lekin ap sabse pahle ye bataye ki ap kon se cases not press karna chahte ha aur vo kis stage par chal rahe hai tabhi Clear hoga ap kase not press kare aur kase fresh cases file kare
