Wife filing false case against husband ( she is studying ).

07-Sep-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, Its been 2 years for my marriage and I am hindu Brahmin and I live in foreign country right after my marriage as I got onsite from office. My wife did not have her passport for one year so she did not come here for a year but she visited last time for a month. Now she is in India. My wife and I had arguments and we have ego problem to not talk to other for long time. Sometimes exchange of bad words have happened from bot side but I was unaware that she is recording my voice. We have not talked last 4 to 5 months and now she is trying to file a complain against me for false dowry/domestic violence case. what should I do now ? How can I save me and my family from this all. I never asked for dahej or anything. Even I never hit her at all. It was simple arguments and ego problem between us. Can I file case before she does to save myself. I don't want to be in cases and all.

dear client as per your query if some hot talks were initiated between two of u it's not that serious but if during the argument or talks did u or your family members have demanded for any money or dowry it's only you better know it's not necessary to file the case if things can be sorted out it would be better go for that process for further information please contact us.

Nothing to worry! Even if she files any false case against you before any court/police, you’ll have sufficient opportunity to defend the false allegations of your wife. Even if she goes to the Police, the police won’t lodge any FIR in the matter mechanically, but first mediate the issue
