Need to get my query answered that what should be the first step women should take if he dont want any legal proceeding and just warn husband to not conduct the same violence again..should complain in CAW cell.will.it be helpful or not
hello sir according to your query you can file a complaint in caw but the response team are not to follow up . according to the criminal procedure code and civil procedure code you can file an FIR in nearest police station and the police officer are investing your case.. and other processing you can go to the nearest criminal Court

you may take the help of police for conciliation and mediation with your spouse. Though Mahil Ayog has excellent mechanism for mediation and conciliation bt legally they don't have a lot of powers except to direct your husband to appear before them based on your complaint.
