Can I launch domestic violence case if my husband threatens my parents and told me to cut off relations with them, my mother-in-law and husband constantly criticizing me and building mental pressure on me, also my husband trying to demand money from me?
Yes you can file a case against your husband and his relatives who are involved in harassing you. You should make a complain to the police for registration of FIR under section 498a for demanding dowry. Along with that you can file a domestic violence complaint before the court under domestic violence act. Moreover if you don't want to live with your husband you can also demand maintainence from him for your daily expenses.
