Hindu marriage Done in Uttrakhand. Parental home of Girl Uttrakhand and Matrimonial home Is Pune. She has put false allegations on my oldage Parents and me. Can we transfer this case to Pune?
where girl is residing now and is it going in delhi right now? transfer petition can be filled there is no harm to it. you can try if wife is well settled and earns and you are at disadvantage position.

No, you can't. But you can move an application for permanent exemption from personal appearance. When this application is allowed then you and your parents need not appear in the court. You can appear through your lawyer in that case.
