My daughter's husband beat her. Now she is at our home. He always beat her. Now they are threatening us on phone that they kill all of us, or destroy us. What should we do now. We hv all the recordings

go to the police station and lodge a FIR against them.
if the police refuses to lodge an FIR then go to the lawyer and asked him to file an application under 156(3) of CrPC, so that the magistrate may direct the police to take necessary action.
