Sir, what should i do my in laws and my husband beating me and mentally harassing me. My mother-in-law and her sister harassing me mentally from the 3rd day of my marriage. My husband thinks that her mother is very innocent and he is following her mother's instructions. They threat me in the midnight to throw me and my daughter out from the house and also threat me to give divorce . They abuse my parents too and force me not to talk with my parents. They are talking shit about my character which is unbearable for me. When i was pregnant they forced me for gender examination when i denied they tried to kill my daughter inside me by torturing me.
you have three remedies available in the eyes of law, you can file complaint under domestic violance act, section 125 crpc for maintenance and complaint to police authorities for harrasment. these remedies are available in the law for enforcement of your rights.

you can file a criminal complaint under section 498A of the Indian penal code for cruelty and harrasment with your nearest police station. if you want to take divorce then you also can file a petition under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act to make the cruelty as ground.
