Salary certificate for Govt employee

Hi, we have filed dvc In 2019 but court ask to my father to produce salary certificate but he is ignoring with some stories and posting the court date . What is the next step I need to take to get the salary certificate . He is Govt employee. And I tried in RTI act also but got rejected and when the court will open in Hyderabad for this cases ..Please help us
why court ask to file salary certificate of your father? Your question is confusing. You need not to worry to get any document. on filing petition the court may order the concerned authorities to get the documents

The court has ample powers to summon the salary certificate from your father's office if he is delaying the matter you can report to the court about his intention for not paying you to the maintenance. many courts in and around Hyderabad are taking up the cases pertaining to DVC as the matter involves the maintenance and Court is hearing the cases virtually online.
