Relationship After Seperation From Husband Is illegal Or Not

I am separated from husband from 1 year. Filed domestic violence. Can I be in relation with other guy and will it b prove as adultery and can I lose maintenance.
If any woman lives adulterous life then she can not get maintenance from her husband.Therefore you can't live in relation with other person till Divorce take place with your husband.
Therefore you can file divorce petition and after getting divorce decree you can live with other person in relationship.
